If you want to reserve your private studio space, you have to act now. Once the studios are open, individual spaces will go fast (if they aren't already booked by then). Orr street studios are at 100% occupancy last time I checked. I believe they are in the process of expanding to other buildings to meet the needs of local artists. If you are interested in securing your studio, we ask that you take a tour of the space to make sure it's right for you. Then we ask for a $50 deposit and an intent to lease letter. The $50 deposit is to secure your space while we finish building out your space.
