What is an open studio membership?

Open Studio memberships will be available starting at $99/mo. This option is a wonderful way to become part of the Arts Community without having to sign a lengthy lease. We have a few large spaces that we don't want to divide up. Open Studio members will be able to rent lockers and/or storage units to keep their art and supplies safe and secure. Eventually we will develop some of the Open Studio space into a fully equipt ceramics studio and a photography studio & professional darkroom. We need grants and private donations to fund the development of these Open Studios.

When will private studios be available for rent?

This has always been a hard question to answer. Dates change because progress is always changing. We have come a long way in the past couple years and we are finally towards the end of the journey. Contractors are saying late Fall, early Winter we should be able to start using the space. My answer is based on the goals of others. I expect The Warehouse Studios to be available for private studio rental in November/December. I will post updates as I receive them.
