Private studios will require a 12 month lease and will be priced according to size. We are basing our pricing on $1/sq.ft. (roughly). By the time studios are officially available, they will be built-out and have individual prices attached to each space. We will post floorplans as soon as we have confirmed the final layout. At this time, we believe our minimum studio space will be $200/month.
