The City of Columbia Office of Cultural Affairs (OCA) invites artists residing in the Missouri counties of Audrain, Boone, Callaway, Cole, Cooper, Howard, Moniteau and Randolph to apply for a public art project for the city’s Fire Station No. 7. The art budget for the Fire Station project is $13,000.
