How will spaces be assigned?

There will be a little first come, first serve...and a little sharing. I'm trying to make everyone happy, but the truth is that we are laying studios out now according to our list of pre-leased studios...and we are running out of space fast. Once we have made the effort to accommodate the pre-leasers, we will layout the remaining spaces to best serve as many artists as we possibly can. We feel the open studio membership will be a popular choice.

Anyone who has already given a deposit will have first choice at available studios. Beyond that, it will come down what is still available for you to choose from and whether your choice spot fits the amount of space you can afford to rent. Once the spaces are built, it will be unlikely that we can change sizes of studios to match your needs.
